President's Perspective - June 2008

Hello Valley Coastal Members,

Welcome to a new year! Our chapter elected a new executive board at the May 20th meeting. Learn more about the new board on page three of this newsletter. Our primary goals for this year will be to hold a series of great networking and learning activities through our monthly meetings and to strengthen our chapter’s correspondence through newsletters and a helpful website. I invite members to feel free to sit in on any of our board meetings, which immediately follow the regularly scheduled chapter meetings.

We’re looking for several key members to join our team. We need a sergeant-at-arms, newsletter editor, and a bright and cheerful membership chairperson. If you’re interested, please contact anyone on the board, or me at 818-808-8528.
